  Friendly, knowledgable staff and service. Joe and his staff will perform a comprehensive diagnostic, and only repair what's needed; make recommendations for what may not be an immediate need. Case in point; brought in my 1999 KTM 250 EXC. A bit of a "Frankenbike" that was actually part 1999 - part 2002 model year. Long story. Runaway high idle (stratospheric) condition. Thought carb needed replacement - potential internal engine damage. Needed carb cleaning and a plug. Done. Also thought rear spring was sized for a 130-Lb. Rider (I'm 225). Joe called Race Tech to price out new spring. Wound up keeping same spring (saved over $400!). Joe was very thorough explaning what was repaired, and how to make asjustments to spring to accomodate my weight and riding style. Joe said tires are "getting close" and rear bearing a little mousey, but still usable. So happy with diagnosis that I told him to go ahead and replace tires and rear bearings. They also identified that chain adjuster was siezed and front steering bearings were loose (felt loose). In all, bike is back to running condition ready rip! Braaaap! Many thanks to Joe and Cycle Tech team!!
