  It's really Zero stars!!! Bought 2 donuts and a hot chocolate, got 6 donuts instead, good luck? NOT, they were all hard as a rock, INEDIBLE!

  A customer came in with the wrong order and an employee was extremely rude! The employee laughed in her face. The female employee was a short white woman with tattoos on her hands. The employee refused to give her her name and the manager's. The employee was very disrespectful and refused to give a refund. The employee was also on the phone in an unprofessional manner.

  I've passed three times by this Dunkin location right before heading to work and have had the worst service from a Dunkin Donuts, ever. The first time they managed to give me the wrong order. The second time, I paid cash and they didn't give me the correct change back (missing $5.00), this third time they once again gave me the wrong order and still managed to say that what I had ordered wasn't originally what I had said. I'm not one to complain, but this has gotten to a point where the employee is arguing at me over ordering a flavored iced coffee that I am allergic to. Why would you argue with a customer who originally asked for Mocha and the employee insists on hazelnut? I'm paying for my coffee, I'm sure I know what I want. This is not cool.
