  Waited 30 minutes for my good (big beef and 2 small fries). Finally decided to ask and they had completely skipped over my order and not made it at all. Waited a bit more and all I got was a half-hearted apology and one of my fries was missing. Then, opened up my big beef and it was still pink and undercooked. Took it back and got no apology whatsoever. Worst service I've ever had. My second big beef was still slightly undercooked but at that point I gave up. Never coming back here again.
